When using Alkai on a desktop or mobile web browser, you need to temporarily disable pop-up blocking to connect your social accounts. After you click Connect for a given social network, Alkai will open a new browser tab or window to being the connection browser, having pop-up blockers enabled will interrupt this process and not allow you to complete the connection.

Disable Pop-up blockers on iPhone (safari browser)

Navigate to your iPhone's Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the settings list and click on Apps
Scroll to the S category and click Safari
toggle off "Block Pop-ups"

Disable Pop-up blockers on Android (chrome browser)

Turn pop-ups on or off
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.
To the right of the address bar, tap More More Settings.
Tap Permissions and then Pop-ups and redirects.
Turn on Pop-ups and redirects.

Allow pop-ups from a specific site
You can allow pop-ups from the Alkai app website.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.
Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked. (this will happen when you attempt to Connect a social network)
At the bottom, tap Always show.

Disable Pop-up blockers on Desktop (chrome browser)

Click the 3 dots in the top right corner or go to the URL: chrome://settings/
In the left navigation links click Privacy and Security (URL: chrome://settings/privacy)
Select the option Site settings
Select Pop-ups and redirects
Select the option: Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects

You can also add https://app.alkai.ai/ as a site in the Allow to send pop-ups and redirects
