Login code not arriving

My code isn't arriving to my text messages.

Checking that you're still able to receive Alkai's text messages by doing the following:

Text "Start" to 1-866-577-1049.
You should receive a reply that say "NETWORK MSG: You have replied "Start" and will begin receiving messages again from this number."
Once you receive that message please try to login again and see if that works.

If your phone has a spam folder, you can also check that the messages from Alkai aren't going to this folder.

Adding Alkai as a contact can help to ensure you continue to receive your login codes.

Please check your spam folders for emails coming from email@alkai.ai. Adding Alkai <email@alkai.ai> to your contacts can help ensure that Alkai gets delivered.
