Login code not arriving


My code isn't arriving to my text messages.


Checking that you're still able to receive Alkai's text messages


  1. Text "Start" to 1-866-577-1049.
  2. You should receive a reply that say "NETWORK MSG: You have replied "Start" and will begin receiving messages again from this number."
  3. Once you receive that message please try to login again and see if that works.


Check your spam or Unknown Senders folders


If your phone has a spam folder, check that the messages from Alkai aren't going to this folder.


On iOS - Check the "Unknown Senders" filter in your Messages app.

  1. In the Messages app, click on "Filters" or the "<" icon in the upper left.
  2. From there - click on "Unknown Senders"
  3. If you find the messages from Alkai in this folder, please add Alkai as a contact to improve future deliverability.


Add Alkai to your contacts


Adding Alkai as a contact can help to ensure you continue to receive your login codes.

Please check your spam folders for emails coming from email@alkai.ai.


Adding Alkai <email@alkai.ai> to your contacts can help ensure that Alkai gets delivered.
