Login code not arriving
My code isn't arriving to my text messages.
Checking that you're still able to receive Alkai's text messages
- Text "Start" to 1-866-577-1049.
- You should receive a reply that say "NETWORK MSG: You have replied "Start" and will begin receiving messages again from this number."
- Once you receive that message please try to login again and see if that works.
Check your spam or Unknown Senders folders
If your phone has a spam folder, check that the messages from Alkai aren't going to this folder.
On iOS - Check the "Unknown Senders" filter in your Messages app.
- In the Messages app, click on "Filters" or the "<" icon in the upper left.
- From there - click on "Unknown Senders"
- If you find the messages from Alkai in this folder, please add Alkai as a contact to improve future deliverability.
Add Alkai to your contacts
Adding Alkai as a contact can help to ensure you continue to receive your login codes.
