Social Account: Unable to Connect to Instagram
In order to connect to Instagram, your Instagram account must be a Business Account and be linked to a Facebook Business Page.
Instagram supports 3 types of accounts: Personal, Business, and Creator. Alkai can only connect to Instagram Business Accounts.
To verify or switch your account type in Instagram:
To set up a business account:
Tap the Profile Icon (profile picture) in the side menu to go to your profile.
Tap Edit profile.
Tap Switch to professional account.
Tap Next.
Select a category for your business and tap Switch to professional account.
Select Business and tap Next.
Continue following the remaining steps to setup the details about your business account.

Tap Edit profile.
Tap Switch to professional account.
Tap Next.
Select a category for your business and tap Switch to professional account.
Select Business and tap Next.

In order to connect Alkai to your Instagram Business Account, it must be linked to your Facebook Business Page. If you have not setup a Facebook Business Page, navigate here for instructions on how to create one.
Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
Click See all profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
Click your Page's profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
Click Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
Under Permissions, click Linked accounts.
Next to Instagram, click View.
Click Connect account, then follow the steps to connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account.

Link Your Facebook Business Page to your Instagram Business Account
In order to connect Alkai to your Instagram Business Account, it must be linked to your Facebook Business Page. If you have not setup a Facebook Business Page, navigate here for instructions on how to create one.
Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
Click See all profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
Click your Page's profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
Click Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
Under Permissions, click Linked accounts.
Next to Instagram, click View.
Click Connect account, then follow the steps to connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
