If you’ve added multiple businesses, switching between them is simple:
Find the Drop-Down Menu
At the top of your screen, you'll notice a drop-down menu that shows your current business name.Select the Business You Want to Switch To
Just click on the menu and choose the business you want to manage. Alkai will automatically update everything for that business. You'll notice that the chat records will change in accordance with the selected business, as each business in Alkai has its own seprarate chat, plan, post history, branding etc.
