Adding a New Business to Your Alkai Account

Whether you’re a small business owner managing multiple brands or a marketing agency handling various clients, you can now add them all to your Alkai account. 

This feature is available exclusively for Alkai subscribers.

Here’s how to add another business:

  1. Go to the Settings Menu
    Once you're in the app, find the "Settings" menu in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click “Add Another Business”
    This option will take you to the checkout process, where you’ll upgrade your subscription to support additional businesses.

  3. Complete the Checkout
    Alkai uses Stripe, a secure payment platform, for this process. Once you complete the payment, you’ll be directed back to Alkai.

  4. Set Up Your New Business
    After you return to Alkai, you’ll be ready to set up your new business. Alkai will guide you through getting your business ready for social media success.
