To proceed with canceling your subscription, please log in to your Alkai account, navigate to the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the page, and select the "Manage Subscription" option. This will direct you to a Stripe page where you can complete the cancellation process. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current prepaid period.
Please note that unused portions of the subscription are not refunded upon cancellation. Instead, the subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends. For instance, if your subscription started on September 4 and you cancel on September 18, it will remain active until October 4 and will expire at that time.
