Steps to Cancel Your Subscription:
- Log in to your Alkai account.
- Go to the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the page.
- Select "Manage Subscription".
This will redirect you to a Stripe page where you can complete the cancellation process. You do not need a separate login for Stripe—this is just where we securely manage your billing details.
What Happens Once You're on the Stripe Page:
Review Your Subscription Details: On the Stripe page, you’ll see your current subscription details, including the billing cycle, plan, and amount paid.
Cancel Your Subscription: There will be an option to cancel your subscription directly from this page. Simply follow the instructions to complete the cancellation—no need for a separate login or account.
Receive Confirmation: Once you confirm the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current prepaid period, even after cancellation.
Important Note:
- Before your billing cycle ends, make sure you download and save any completed social media posts or content to avoid losing it.
- Refunds are not available for unused portions of the subscription. For example, if your billing cycle started on September 4 and you cancel on September 18, your subscription will stay active until October 4 and will expire at that time.
