Understanding Your Engagement Metrics Under "Weekly Stats"
Weekly Stats will help you understand how your Alkai posts are performing on social media and how much traction Alkai gains for your brand. This is an ultimate place to track your social media engagement metrics and gather statistics on how your social marketing strategies are holding on. You can access Weekly Stats under the PROFILE tab.
The metrics are divided by weeks. By default, you'll see the current week stats, but you can scroll all the way back to any week in the past, with your statistics for that week saved there.

Weekly Performance
This section represents a total number of posts shared within the reporting week. You can see how many posts were shared (with social media icons as their destinations), how many views they have had in total, and how many likes/reposts they received. Compare the data with the past weeks' statistics to see when your posts were most engaged.
Posts Completed with Alkai
A report on the types of content you shared with Alkai within the week. Here, you can see how many of your posts were posted as videos, images or carousels. This proves especially useful if you share many posts of the same format and want to diversify the content - for example, if you feel Alkai creates too many videos, you can gather data from this section and instruct Alkai to alter formats for the next week. Also, when comparing different weeks under "Weekly Performance", you may notice that the posts gained more engagement when a certain format prevailed - this may point out that your viewers prefer that format and Alkai should create more of such posts.
Link in Bio
Here, you can see how people interact with your "Link in Bio" page (more on that here: https://help.alkai.ai/en/article/adding-your-link-in-bio-ak1x71/ ). This section will track everyone who accessed your brand page through Alkai's link - namely, it tracks how many people viewed it and how many clicks were made on the items on that page. Please note that the click-through rate may show inaccurate percentage of more than 100% if the views number is lower than the clicks number - however, that's a very rare case and the views number will often be higher than the clicks number.
Top 3 Links
This proves useful if your brand page contains more than 3 links - the stats will show in detail what links were clicked and how many times they were accessed from the brand page.
Platform Performance
In this place, you can see a detailed breakdown of postings by platform. For example, if you tend to share to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, the stats will show all 3 separately, with a breakdown of how many posts were shared to each destination and how many views and interactions they got.
