Removing a Business
If you no longer need to manage a business in Alkai, removing it is just as easy. Here’s what to do:
Go to the Profile Menu
In the same Profile menu, you’ll find a link that says “Remove a Business.”
Complete the Checkout Process
You’ll be directed to Stripe again, where you can modify your subscription to remove the business.
Access Until Your Next Billing Cycle
Even after removing a business, you’ll still have access to it until your next billing cycle starts. After that, when you log back into Alkai, you’ll be prompted to choose which business to remove.
Tip: Before your billing cycle ends, make sure you download and save any completed social media posts or content from the business you're removing to avoid losing it.
