How to I manage my Alkai subscription?

Managing your Alkai Subscription



If you need to update your payment method or download receipts and invoices, you can do so directly from our Billing Portal.

Accessing the Billing Portal



Visit our Billing Portal.

Log in using the email associated with your subscription. This is the same email that receives your payment receipts.

Stripe will send a login link to your email address. Click the link to access your billing details.

Managing Your Subscription



Once logged in, you can perform the following actions from the self-service portal:

Update Payment Methods: Add, remove, or change your default payment method.

Edit Personal Information: Update your name, billing address, phone number, and Tax ID.

View and Download Invoices: Access your previous invoices.

Click on an invoice to download it or obtain a receipt of payment.
