Alkai Shutdown Announcement

We have truly enjoyed having you as a customer. While we have worked tirelessly to make Alkai the best possible AI social media assistant, we have unfortunately been unable to reach a sustainable path for the service. As a result, Alkai will be shutting down on September 20, 2026.

Why is Alkai shutting down?

Despite our best efforts to enhance and grow the platform, we have determined that we can no longer maintain Alkai in a cost-effective manner. This was a difficult decision, and we are deeply grateful for the community that built their social media presence with us.

When is the final date?

The official shutoff date is Sep 20, 2026. You will continue to have full access to your account and features until this date.

What happens to my subscription?

All active subscriptions have been cancelled to ensure no further billing occurs. If you were on a yearly plan, we have already processed a prorated refund for the remaining time on your subscription. Please keep in mind that these refunds can take 5-10 business days to be reflected on your account. You will maintain access to all Alkai features until the final shutdown on September 20, 2026.
